Hi Neschelle,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your great question. Disney Cruise Line certainly wants to help
Guests with special dietary needs have a magical cruise and I'm happy to share how!
Lactose-free and a wide variety of non-dairy milks are available free of charge throughout the ship. My first tip is to complete the
Special Services form where you can indicate your little one's dietary preference or need. To find the form, follow the link above and log into your reservation. Once logged in, select Dietary Requirements and complete the information. This information should then be noted in your reservation and your
Rotational Dining Team will be aware and can easily access the milk you need during meal service.
When dining at
Cabanas, you can ask a Crew Member for assistance if you don't see a suitable milk choice. You can always order your lactose and dairy-free milk from
Room Service. (Room Service is not available after 1:30 a.m. on the final day of your cruise.)
There are some great spaces and services available when
traveling with little sailors on Disney Cruise Line! You won't want to miss
Dory's Reef for a splashing good time. You can
request items like Pack-n-Plays or strollers via the Special Requests form (different from the Special Services form). You can find this form by logging into your reservation and selecting Special Requests. These requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't delay if you are interested in these items.
I hope this information is helpful, Neschelle! You are always welcome to stop by planDisney again with other questions.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
