I got Disney tickets 3 years ago and never use them and would like to plan a trip in may to Disney world

Welcome to planDisney, Teari! Thanks for sending us your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

If you have unused tickets that may have expired, you can still use the price you paid for those tickets as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. There are a few steps to take to find out about the status of your theme park tickets. First, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation with the tickets in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution. They can walk you through the steps to be able to get the best use out of those unused tickets.

Teari, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your visit. If you have any more questions, please feel free to come back to see us. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
