Welcome to planDisney, Christine. Thanks for stopping by to share this question with us. Woohoo! It sounds like a trip to the Disneyland Resort is in the works and I'm delighted to help.
If you mean a
Disney Gift Card that was purchased from
DisneyStore.com, you most certainly can use that to purchase your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. At the Disneyland site, you can only use one Disney Gift Card toward your purchase. If you have multiple cards, I recommend heading to the Disney Gift Card site and
transferring all balances to one card. One card can hold a maximum value of $1,000. If you have a
Disney+ Gift Card, you unfortunately will not be able to use that to purchase theme park tickets.
There are so many wonderful things happening at the Disneyland Resort right now. I just returned from a visit and really enjoyed experiencing all of the festivities of
Pixar Fest. There's so much to enjoy, I was so glad that I was there for a couple of days to take my time to see everything (well almost everything). If you haven't already, be sure to download the
Disneyland app before your visit. There's a digital guide to the celebration which I found super helpful during my visit.
Christine, I hope this is helpful. Please come back to visit us with any other questions that you might be curious about. Until then, I wish you happy planning and a most magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
