Ahoy, Sabrina!
It's going to be a vacation to remember when you set sail on the
Disney Fantasy next year! My first cruise was Disney Cruise Line was with a large group, and we loved sharing such a wonderful vacation together.
Dinner was one of our favorite times of the day because everyone would come together to share the fun they had experienced on both the ship and in port. In our particular case, we had two tables right next to each other and shared the same dining team. But, on other sailings, I have seen large groups all at the same table. My advice is to call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and make sure all your
reservations are linked together and have them note that you would like one table for the group. Requests cannot be guaranteed, but the dining staff will do their best to make it work. When you arrive at the port for check-in, you will find your table number and dining rotation on the front of your "Key to the World" card. If they are not all the same, you can speak to the dining team once aboard to see if there is anything else they can do. The front page of your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will have the details for dining changes.
Sabrina, I can't wait for you and your crew to experience all the Disney Fantasy as to offer! I love the planning almost as must as the cruise itself, so enjoy the months leading up to your magical voyage. If you think of any additional questions, please let us know.
Have a wonderful day dreaming of your Disney Cruise vacation!
