    Hiya, Kathryn!

I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you BACK to planDisney! It's always a joy to assist returning Guests with their Disney vacation adventures. Helping people like you create even more magical memories is what we love to do, and I'm so excited to assist you with all the pixie-dusted details.

My family continues to choose Walt Disney World Resort as our vacation destination time and time again. One of the main reasons is its exceptional dedication to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals of all abilities. From thoughtfully designed attractions and accommodations to a wide variety of services that ensure every Guests feels supported and celebrated, Disney truly goes above and beyond to make the magic accessible to everyone.

Depending on your individual ability needs, there are a variety of attractions you may be able to experience during your visit to Disney World. A great starting point is the Accessing Attraction Queues page on the official Disney World website. This resource provides a comprehensive list of available options designed to assist individuals in navigating and entering attraction queues, ensuring a more accessible and enjoyable experience for all.

Another helpful tool is the Attractions and Entertainment Offerings page. Once there, you can select the "Accessibility & Advisories" filter. This feature will allow you to choose specific accommodations you may need, such as wheelchair access or visual or hearing assistance. The site will then automatically display a tailored list of attractions that best meet your accessibility preferences.

Finally, I highly recommend exploring the Accessibility and Planning Guide Recommendations. This detailed guide is filled with valuable information and helpful insights, making it an excellent resource as you prepare for your visit.

Kathryn, I hope this information has been helpful while you continue your planning. If any other questions pop up, please visit us again – we're always happy to help!

    Magical Wishes,

    Kami
