Greetings and welcome to planDisney!
We appreciate you stopping by with your question and it would be our pleasure to assist you. I'm excited to see that you have an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort and I hope that you're having fun planning your trip!
Disney's
Disability Access Service (DAS) is designed for Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a traditional queue for an extended period of time. It's really wonderful that Disney makes inclusion a priority for all their Guests to ensure that they all have a magical time at the Parks.
In order to
register for DAS, you may chat with a Cast Member via online video chat as soon as 30 days before arrival, so you're already within your window. Your tickets should already be purchased and linked to the appropriate MyDisney accounts. Live chat is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PT and the Guest requesting DAS must be present on the call. Eligibility is determined on a case by case basis and fully at the discretion of the interviewing Cast Member. You may also register for DAS in person at an Accessibility Services window. If you have more questions, please email disability.services@disneyland.com.
Pixar Fest will be going on over your visit and Inside Out 2 was just released in theaters, so what better way to celebrate its premiere than with a picture alongside one of the Emotions?! I'm also really looking forward to viewing
Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular as it lights up the skies above Sleeping Beauty Castle! There's going to be plenty to keep any Pixar fan busy.
I hope that this answer was helpful as you plan your magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please feel free to write to us again if you have more questions. You're always welcome at planDisney and we'd love to hear from you! Until next time.
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
