Hi. We have the dining plan but might not want to do a table restaurant every day. Can you use a table booking for a quick serve meal instead? Thanks.

    "Anna? Elsa? Sven? Samantha....?!"

SAMANTHA, it's you! Welcome to planDisney! Hi, I'm Tami. And I love warm hugs. And I'm so happy you're here!

How wonderful that you've got a magical countdown in place for the frozen Florida winter of 2026. Which is actually not so frozen, and is an absolutely delightful time of year to visit! With lower crowds and perfect temperatures, it's my family's favorite month to vacation at Walt Disney World.

Let's talk about another of my favorite things, the Disney Dining Plan. It sounds like you've got the Dining Plan that includes both Table Service and Quick Service entitlements? Currently, these are not interchangeable, so you are not allowed to use a Table Service credit as payment for a Quick Service meal. You do however have the flexibility to use your entitlements whenever you wish. So for instance, on a busy on-the-go park day you may use 2 Quick Service entitlements. Then perhaps the next day you decide on a fun character dining breakfast like Breakfast ala Art at Topolino's Terrace, and then an early evening meal... utilizing 2 Table Service entitlements in one day. Your entitlements will be loaded to your My Disney account on arrival day, and are available through midnight on your check-out day.

One other option if you don't wish to eat Table Service each day is to treat yourself to a special experience. You can actually use 2 Table Service credits for some signature dining and dinner show experiences. Some Disney dining locations are worth melting for!

Here are my top recommendations that take 2 Table Service credits:

    1. Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue - Samantha, if you haven't had the chance to enjoy this dinner show... please put this at the top of your list! It's a rootin' tootin' good time that is beloved by guests of all ages.

    2. Be Our Guest Restaurant - Dining in the Beast's Castle is quite an experience, and the food is excellent. Try the grey stuff... it's delicious!

    3. Le Cellier Steakhouse - This EPCOT gem in the Canada pavilion is hands-down my kid's favorite in all of Disney World. The food is incredible, and the cozy wine-cellar ambiance adds to the experience.
    4. Narcoossee's - I adore this elegant, water front location at the Grand Floridian! They offer seafood here, including surf & turf... and if you time it right, you can step out onto the wrap around deck and watch the evening fireworks at Magic Kingdom! I celebrated my parent's 40th anniversary with them at Narcoossee's, and it was simply delightful.

One last tip before I go. You can keep track of your remaining dining credits balance inside the My Disney Experience app. Just click on your "My Resort" link on the home screen, then scroll to the bottom where you'll see a "Check Dining Plan" tab.

I hope this helps with your planning, Samantha! Remember to make some advance dining reservations starting 60 days prior to your arrival date. And please send me another message at planDisney if I can assist with anything further.

Sending pixie dust and warm hugs your way!
    Tami
