Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, a Disney Dining Plan snack credit, is a dream come true! If this is your first time using the
Disney Dining Plan, Cathleen, you are in for a tasty treat. Hunting down the best snack in each of the Disney Theme Parks is a favorite pastime of mine. With options that are sweet or savory, you are sure to find a snack that fits your cravings just as perfectly as Cinderella fits her glass slipper!
You can use your Dining Plan snack credits throughout the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs. You are going to be pleasantly surprised by how many options are available. Keep an eye out for the purple and white Disney Dining Plan snack symbol on menus. You can use these credits for simple snacks like a piece of fruit, a Mickey Ice Cream Bar, Mickey Pretzel, popcorn, or bottled water. Or you can get more elaborate with specialty items like an I Lava You Float from
Sunshine Terrace in
Magic Kingdom Park, school bread from
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe or traditional poutine from
Refreshment Port in
EPCOT, a hot fudge sundae from
Hollywood Scoops in
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and colossal cinnamon roll from
Creature Comforts in
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. In my experience, you can even use a snack credit to purchase any size beverage from Starbucks or Joffrey's Tea and Coffee Company.
If you happen to be visiting during one of the festivals that take place at EPCOT, be sure to check the Outdoor Kitchens, as many have items you can purchase using your Dining Plan snack credit. At the end of our vacation, my family likes to take any unused snack credits to
Main Street Confectionary in Magic Kingdom Park or
Goofy’s Candy Company in
Disney Springs to load up on cookies, candy, popcorn, or cupcakes for the journey home.
You can easily check out how many snack credits you have used and how many you have remaining on your
My Disney Experience app. Visit the “My Resort Stay” section, then select “Check Dining Plan” to view the status of your meals and snacks. Your remaining balance will also appear on your most recent dining receipt.
I hope you have a magical, delicious, unforgettable time in
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Consider us your Fairy Godparents here at planDisney and stop back by any time we can sprinkle pixie dust on your next Disney vacation.
