About Me
Hi Disney Friends! My name is Angie and as a military spouse I've called many different places home over the years, but since my husband's recent retirement, we have found ourselves back in my home state of Florida. I am ecstatic to share my love of and passion for travel, Disney vacation planning, and the magic of a Disney Vacation Club Membership. I love traveling the world and experiencing the culture and cuisine of other countries. I have a long list of countries that I have been lucky enough to visit, but an even longer list of those that I still desperately hope to see. When I am not busy sprinkling pixie dust on our next vacation, I love running and training with my local running group, signing up for races, practicing yoga, exploring new and inventive recipes, gardening, knitting and crocheting, and reading. I am naturally curious at heart, so I love learning about and trying new things and taking on new challenges and adventures.
About My Family
My husband John and I have been married since 2004 and I quickly converted him to a full-fledged Disney lover! He never ceases to be amazed by the incredible fireworks and evening spectaculars put on in each of the Walt Disney World Parks. Together we have one young adult son, one teenage son, and one teenage daughter. We have made precious memories with our children over the years at Walt Disney World Parks, on Disney Cruise Line cruises, and have even been lucky enough to use our Disney Vacation Club membership to visit Disneyland Paris! The Disney experience has continued to be magical for our family, even as our children have grown. There is nothing quite like watching your older children leave behind their stress and teenage angst, put on a pair of Mickey ears, and throw their hands in the air on a Walt Disney World ride!
About My Disney Experience
My love of Disney began with the wonderful world of Disney movies that I watched as a child. After my first stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom Park, I knew that my love of Disney would continue to grow. This Disney love affair of mine grew exponentially seeing the love that sparked in my children’s eyes on our first visit to Walt Disney World as a family. The quality time spent at character meals, riding rides, watching shows and nighttime spectaculars, and hunting down our favorite Walt Disney World snacks, has created family memories that we will forever cherish. As Disney Vacation Club members, a whole new world of vacation magic has opened up for our family, allowing us to realize so many of our vacation dreams. I look forward to answering your questions and using my experience to help you make your vacation dreams come true!
