Hi there, Gareth! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question!
Unfortunately, it does sound like you've ended up in a little bit of a tricky situation here. When purchasing the
UK and Ireland 14-Day Magic Tickets, Guests are asked to select a start date at the time of purchase. That selected date is extremely important because it determines the validity window of the ticket itself.
In your case, if you selected May 24, 2026 as the start date, your tickets would become valid beginning on that date and remain usable for an 18-day period. That means you could use your 14 park days at any point between May 24 and June 10, 2026. You do not need to use the tickets on consecutive days, but all usage must happen within that overall validity window.
The issue is that June 25, 2026 falls outside of that eligible timeframe, which means those tickets unfortunately would no longer be valid by the time your vacation begins.
I also want to gently mention that
Walt Disney World tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. In addition to that, the cancellation window for these tickets closes seven days prior to the selected start date. Since you are now beyond that period, your existing order can't be canceled.
Because of all of this, if your first park day truly won't happen until June 25, 2026, you would need to purchase new tickets that align with your actual travel dates.
I know that is probably not the answer you were hoping for, Gareth, and I truly wish I had a more magical solution for you. That said, if there are any unusual circumstances surrounding the booking, it may still be worth contacting the
Walt Disney World help center directly to explain the situation. While policies are policies, Cast Members are always wonderful about reviewing individual cases.
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
