I have a 3 day 1 park per day ticket that has two unused days and I will not be able to attend before it expires. The first day was used over a month ago but haven’t been able to attend since. What will happen with the unused tickets?

Hi Alexis! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

I understand you don't want those days to go to waste that you have remaining on your ticket deal. There's a lot to explore in the parks right now with Halloween Time in full swing after all. But it sounds like the offer you originally selected is set to expire today. It should be possible to upgrade your partially used ticket offer to a standard admission ticket by paying the difference. Prices and terms are subject to change. But you must do so on or before the last day of valid use. So, please take these steps today! I don't want you to end up missing out on the fun.

First, check on the Disneyland mobile app to see if there's an option to upgrade the ticket. If there is, you should see a link underneath the ticket. Tap the three-bar menu on the bottom right side of the app and select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile to see the tickets linked to your MyDisney account.

If you don't see the option there, you can also visit the main ticket booths between the parks. But I suggest calling the Tickets phone line to speak with a helpful Cast Member. They'll assist you in any way they possibly can. Have a method of payment handy, as well as your ticket ID number and the e-mail associated with your MyDisney account. This will all be useful in speeding along the process, as the Cast Member likely will need them to process the upgrade.

If you're able to attend soon, you'll find spooky decor, merchandise, treats, and entertainment await you. Or maybe you'll want to drop in during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. Just remember these are popular times to visit and it is possible for theme park reservations to fill up for parks or popular days. Be sure to book your theme park reservation for your preferred park date as soon as you can!

    Have a magical day.
