Hi Jami! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass is a fantastic way to spend less time waiting in queues so that you can experience more of the magic of the parks. There's plenty of that right now with
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort in full swing. There's spooky decor, merchandise, menu items, entertainment, and of course, Attraction overlays. If you're hoping to visit Jack at
Haunted Mansion Holiday in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, be aware that you'll need to join a virtual queue. The standing queue is still undergoing refurbishment. But Jack will be acting as host, and it's a magical transformation of an iconic Attraction! Use the
Disneyland mobile app to join the queue. Availability may be limited.
You'll also use your mobile app to book your Lightning Lane Multi Pass return times for select Attractions subject to availability. There's no advanced booking at the Disneyland Resort, so you don't need to worry about not receiving your tickets until a few days before arrival. Once you scan into the parks, you can begin selecting your first return times. If you'd like to experience Attractions as a group, I suggest linking the tickets to one or two mobile apps, but if you think the group's adults want to do their own thing throughout the day, they can link the ticket to their app and select Lightning Lane Multi Pass return times as they like.
I can walk you through how to link a ticket to an app. Tap the three-bar menu on the bottom right. This brings up a series of tiles. Select "My Tickets & Passes." Tap "Link Tickets & Passes." You can either use your camera on your device to scan or manually type the ticket ID. Repeat to link multiple tickets. It's that easy! And then you'll be ready to book Lightning Lane Multi Pass return times. If everyone is linked to the same mobile app, you can select who among the group will be using the Lightning Lane Entrance when selecting your return time.
I hope this helps.
Elizabeth
