Hi, all 4 of my 1 day epcot tickets are in the app as just my name. Do they need to be each person's name? If so how do I change them

Hi Tiffany! Welcome to planDisney! With your EPCOT visit just around the corner, now is the perfect time to make sure all of your vacation details are squared away.

The good news is that if your tickets have not yet been used, they can typically be reassigned to the correct Guests in My Disney Experience. While it's common for tickets to initially appear under the purchaser's account, you'll want to make sure each ticket is assigned to the person who will actually be using it before you arrive at the park.

To check your tickets, open My Disney Experience and navigate to the "Tickets and Passes" section. Select the ticket you would like to review. If the ticket is eligible for reassignment, you should see an option labeled "Reassign Ticket." From there, you can assign the ticket to another Guest who is connected to you through your Family & Friends list. Once reassigned, that Guest's ticket information will be linked to their profile for use during your visit.

If you don't see the reassignment option, that's okay! There are a few reasons why it may not appear, including how the tickets were purchased or whether they have already been assigned. In that situation, I recommend contacting a Cast Member through the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line before your visit. They can review your account and help ensure everything is linked correctly. You can also stop by Guest Relations once you arrive at Walt Disney World if additional assistance is needed.

Here's one more EPCOT tip before your visit. Since you'll be visiting during a special time for the attraction, be sure to make time for Soarin' Over America. This limited-time version takes Guests on a breathtaking journey across some of the nation's most iconic landscapes and landmarks as part of the celebration leading up to America's 250th anniversary. If riding Soarin' is high on your priority list, I recommend heading to The Land pavilion earlier in the day or considering a Lightning Lane option to help minimize your wait.

Tiffany, if any additional questions come up as your vacation approaches, please stop by planDisney again. We'd be delighted to help.

May your EPCOT adventure be filled with wonderful discoveries from around the world!
