On our 5 day Disney Cruise on the Magic, leaving from Galveston on the 19th, what night can we expect Pirate Night? Thank you

Ahoy, matey! Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I'm so excited to answer your question, Ryan! On most Disney Cruise Line sailings in the Caribbean, Guests can expect a Pirate Night, which includes a "Pirates in the Caribbean" Deck Party, Disney pals in their garb, a delicious Pirate-y themed bounty for dinner, and more swashbuckling fun.

My family recently sailed the high seas on the Disney Magic from Galveston and experienced Pirate Night on night four of our five-night cruise. Highlights included our oldest son, who is usually quite reserved, dancing his heart out to close down the "Pirates in the Caribbean" Deck Party and watching Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl under the stars on Funnel Vision (huge movie screen on the pool deck).

Buccaneers are encouraged to dress up in their finest pirate-wear on Pirate Night. Our Stateroom Host left us bandanas and eye patches, which was a very nice touch. We had ordered matching pirate-themed shirts for our group beforehand, but some Guests go all out! Do what feels most comfortable for you and yours!

Be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once onboard the ship to confirm which night Pirate Night will be, as well as learn about all the entertainment and activities available. You won't miss a thing, I promise. Just add a little "heart" next to anything that catches your eye, and it will automatically be added to your own personal itinerary.

Have the most magical voyage, Ryan! Yo ho, Yo ho - it's Pirate Night for me! ARRR!

Hello from the Pacific Northwest! I'm McCayla, a wife and mom dreaming of adventure in the great wide somewhere, yet also completely content watching Toy Story from the couch. My love of Disneyland began as a little girl on Peter Pan's Flight and only grows with each visit. But even when I'm not physically at the Happiest Place on Earth, I truly feel that same joy when I can help others (YOU!) experience the magic of Disneyland Resort too.
