I have a 4 day child passport issued in 1990 with one day remaining, which my 8 yr old grandson I can still purchase admission on the day that we physically come for the rest as we are not staying at Disney

A warm welcome to planDisney, Frances!

I’m so excited to hear that you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth in February! The weather is almost as magical as the ambiance at the theme parks!

It is amazing that you have a Disney passport with an unexpired day! What a treasure?! I am very proud of you for keeping track of it all of these years!

I’m happy to report that Disney World still honors all unexpired days on tickets. These non-expiring tickets must have been purchased before 2004, so it looks like you are good to go! You will need a Park Reservation for the days that you plan to visit. I highly recommend calling a Cast Member that specializes in Existing Tickets. They will be able to help you link this special ticket to your My Disney Experience Account. From there you can access the Reservation System and choose which park you’d like to visit!

Though you are not staying at a Disney Hotel, you still have the ability to purchase tickets before your vacation, Frances. I strongly recommend doing this, as it is never guaranteed that there will be tickets available at the front gates on the day you arrive. Consider making those purchases and securing any park reservations needed ahead of time.

We hope your trip is wonderful! If you have any additional questions, we would love to hear from you again at planDisney!

Meet the Panelist: Allyn, Florida

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
