Welcome to planDisney, Kerrie! It looks like you're in the middle of a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort right this minute, so I'm going to jump right into your question so you can hopefully continue to enjoy your vacation!
Kerrie, while this may not be the answer you hoped to hear, Walt Disney World
standard theme park tickets are nonrefundable. In some cases, you may be able to
modify the dates of an unused ticket, but it sounds like you may have already used a day or two of your current ticket. If so, your ticket will expire after its valid use date range, even if you did not use each day. While this is the standard policy, you can always stop by
Guest Relations to discuss your situation and inquire about alternatives they might offer. There is no guarantee, but they might be able to offer you a different solution depending on the circumstances.
I hope this is helpful, Kerrie, and that if you aren't able to use the final day of your ticket, that you've already made many magical memories on this trip! If you have any other questions we can help with in the future, come back to
planDisney anytime and let us know! We hope to see you again real soon!
Magic and Memories,
Alison
