Bright suns, Phelan, and welcome to the edge of the galaxy! You’re about to step into an important mission in Savi’s Workshop on Batuu. The Gathers guide those who feel the call to build something far more powerful than a souvenir. This is your moment to choose your path, trust the Force, and bring your own lightsaber to life!
I’ve checked with some trusted sources on Batuu and found that younglings under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult in their lightsaber experience space, so they aren’t approved for solo missions just yet.
The official policy states,
“Lightsabers are built in experience areas that only accommodate one builder and one Guest to watch. Guest of the builder may not build a lightsaber when accompanying the builder. One person in each experience area must be 14 years of age or older.” If you have additional adults in your party, they can accompany the younglings during their lightsaber build. Without additional adults, they will unfortunately be unable to complete the mission alone in their experience area.
Even if this particular mission is off the table, there is still plenty of adventure waiting for you on Batuu. You can take the controls on the
Millennium Falcon, explore an outpost, or fight the First Order on a mission at
Rise of the Resistance. There is no shortage of ways to make your day feel like a true Star Wars experience!
