Reservations for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Savi’s Workshop are part of Disney’s Enchanting Extras Collection, and they don’t always appear in
My Plans the same way as dining reservations. But no worries! Fairy Godmother will be by our side with her wand to fix it with a simple
bibbidi, bobbidi, boo!
First, let’s double-check that you’re logged into the same My Disney Experience account you used to book. Then, try linking the reservations using the “Link to Account” feature, either on the Walt Disney World Resort website or in the app under Future Plans, with your confirmation number. Sometimes it just needs a second try and suddenly… boom, magic.
If they’re still not showing, a few other quick things to try. Make sure you didn’t accidentally book under a different email, especially if you called to make the reservation. Give it a little time too, it can take up to 24 hours to sync. And hot tip, if the app is acting up, hop onto a desktop browser. It’s weirdly better at this kind of thing.
Still nothing? That’s your cue to call in the Fairy Godmothers and Jedi Masters at
Guest Services. Give them your confirmation numbers, and they can link everything for you super quickly.
In the meantime, keep that confirmation email handy like it’s your royal invitation. Screenshot it so you’re not digging through emails while trying to live your best park day.

Memory Maker. Between the makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and that lightsaber moment at Savi’s Workshop, you’re going to want every single photo. Trust!
