Hi Jacqueline, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I’d be happy to help with the logistics for visiting your daughter while she's staying at one of the All-Star Resorts.
In my experience, visitors are welcome to park at
Disney Resort hotels when they’re visiting an overnight guest. You’ll just need to provide your daughter’s name and room number when you get to the security booth at her resort hotel. Since there are three different All-Star Resorts (
Music,
Sports, and
Movies), be sure to double-check which one your daughter is staying at. They’re right next to each other, but that’ll help your visits go as smoothly as possible.
Other Disney Resort hotel guest privileges, like the
included standard parking at theme parks and
Early Theme Park Entry, will be limited to your daughter as the registered guest.
Speaking of parking at the theme parks, the
Car Locator feature in the
My Disney Experience app can be really helpful when you’re driving to the parks. I’m usually so excited to be there that sometimes I completely forget where I parked when I'm ready to leave. With Car Locator, you can quickly record your parking spot, making it easy to find your vehicle at the end of the day.
When you’re here later this month, don’t miss the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. It’s such a beautiful time to visit when EPCOT is covered in colorful flowers and plants! I was just there last weekend and had so much fun looking for all of the
Disney character topiaries and eating my way around the
Outdoor Kitchens. The Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade from Pineapple Promenade is always one of my must-dos, but I just discovered the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake from Swirled Showcase. It’s a delicious deconstructed cheesecake with honey mead-blueberry compote topped with an edible flower. Many of these flowers are grown right in the greenhouses you see on the
Living with the Land ride, which is really cool!
I hope you have a magical visit to Disney World for your daughter’s cheer competition. And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney!
