If my daughter and I have our own My Disney app, can we each buy the photos for one day, meaning she buys Fridays photos and I buy Saturdays?

    Hi Eileen,

Taking a mother-daughter trip to Disney World is extra magical. I love going to the parks with my mother and the pictures are always epic. If you and your daughter are connected in the My Disney Experience App then there should be no issue sharing photos that either of you purchase. You are not required to purchase Memory Maker to view the photos of people on your "Friends & Family" list. They will automatically show up and can be downloaded easily!

Memory Maker is available to purchase ahead of your trip for the entirety of your stay or only one day. If you are going to be on property for 3 days or more, it is a deal to buy the package for your entire trip instead of just paying the daily rate. Make sure to purchase it more than 3 days before your trip because it is cheaper if you purchase it in advance. The beauty of Memory Maker for a trip with only 2 people on it is that one of you never has to be out of the picture!

I also highly recommend utilizing the My Disney Experience App to see what Magic Shots and any other PhotoPass locations are close to you throughout the day! There are over 75 located throughout the theme parks and resorts so make sure you don't miss them while you are exploring. All you need to do is filter the map in the app by "Photopass" and you will have all of the locations at your fingertips. I love the new Tiny World shots near Spaceship Earth in EPCOT and the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom. These shots are a lot of fun and offer a 360-degree view of you!

    Happy Planning
