    My daughter & her fiance are booked one night at Port Orleans to kick off their honeymoon. They are leaving on a cruise with CARNIVAL cruise lines the next day. Is there ground transportation to port canaveral if you are cruising DCL

    Congratulations on your daughter’s happily ever after! Walt Disney World is an ideal destination for a honeymoon celebration. Disney Cruise Line offers transportation from the Walt Disney World Resorts to the port for Guests sailing with Disney Cruise Line. Transfers can be added to a Disney Cruise reservation up to three days before sailing. 

    Missy, I’m not sure if you are asking for yourself or your daughter, but if you’d like to book transfers, call Disney Cruise Line, and a reservation specialist will be happy to assist you. Make sure you have your airline or resort information handy when you call. 

    If your daughter needs transportation to the port, one option is to rent a car at The Car Care Center, which is located near Magic Kingdom. A complimentary shuttle will pick her up at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and take her to the facility. Many car rental companies have drop-off locations near the port with shuttles to the various cruise terminals.
