Can I get a das pass the same day I arrive

Hi Elizabeth! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

The Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and inclusive destination for all Guests, including those who might benefit from accommodations, tools, and guides dedicated to making their experiences as magical as possible. I've visited the parks with family and friends who needed accommodations due to disability, and we've always appreciated how easy the process ended up being.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is just one of the services offered for Guests who might struggle to experience the parks without accommodations. This service is currently intended for Guests unable to wait in a conventional queue due to a developmental disability such as autism. There are two ways to be approved if eligible: a live video chat or in person at the resort. If it's more convenient for your group to wait until you arrive, you can do that! You'll want to look for the Accessibility Services Kiosk located in the Esplanade between the parks. Whether you do an online chat or in person, please be aware that the eligible Guest must be present for the chat.

The friendly Cast Member you speak with can recommend other helpful tools and services based on your group's unique situation. Everyone is different! For my uncle's purposes, we found the Sensory Experiences Details Guide to be really useful. We knew ahead of time which Attractions we could enjoy as a group and which were better skipped based on his triggers, such as sudden loud noises. Check out all the resources available for Guests who are neurodivergent for more great information ahead of your visit. It'll make your day that much smoother.

If eligible, when booking your DAS return times, you'll use the Disneyland mobile app as your handy tool. Download and familiarize yourself with the app before your visit. Knowing where to find your tickets, Disney PhotoPass photos, mobile food and beverage ordering, wait times, and more will speed along your day once you arrive.

    I hope this helps!
