Hi Yisi! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Disneyland Resort is dedicated to the creation of a welcoming, inclusive, and accommodating experience for all Guests, including those with disabilities. Those accommodations can include appropriate services and useful guides. For more information about disabilities and Disneyland Resort, visit the helpful
website designed to aid in your planning for and experience of the parks. One of these services is
Disability Access Service (DAS). DAS is an accommodation for Guests who can't tolerate a traditional wait in a queue. I've visited with friends utilizing DAS, and it allowed them to experience the parks in a way most comfortable for them.
To determine if you or a member of your group is eligible for DAS, please arrange to have a
pre-arrival conversation with a Cast Member. You can bring any questions you might have about navigating the park with a disability to the conversation, including specific DAS usage questions. The Cast Member may have additional recommendations for experiencing Attractions and Entertainment that meet the Guest's unique needs. Each situation is different.
Royal Hall in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park isn't the only place in the parks to meet your favorite Characters, including the Disney Princesses. Check the
Disneyland mobile app map for Character Meet & Greet and more spontaneous roaming Character locations by changing the designation at the top from "Attractions" to "Characters." Appearance schedules are subject to change without notice, but the map will give you a good idea about where you can find your must-see Characters.
Have a magical day.
Elizabeth
