Hey there, Hailley! Welcome back to planDisney!
First things first. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I can’t think of a better place to honeymoon than the Vacation Kingdom of the World. There are so many delicious options for a celebratory dinner at Walt Disney World that I’m not sure I can recommend just one. So I won’t even try!
My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at
California Grill at the Contemporary Resort a few years back, and we loved both the food and the view of the Magic Kingdom. And speaking of great views, I’ve really enjoyed
Toledo at Coronado Springs Resort. I didn’t have a chance to try the Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye for Two, but what I did eat was some of the best food I’ve had at Walt Disney World. I imagine the rib-eye is also outstanding.
If you’re looking for a special steakhouse experience, I’d suggest looking towards the EPCOT resort area.
Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club Resort offers steak and seafood in a New England-inspired atmosphere.
Le Cellier Steakhouse is located in the Canadian Pavilion of EPCOT (which means you would need park tickets to dine there), and has a variety of steaks on the menu, as well as other Canadian-themed dishes. If you go to the Walt Disney World Dining webpage or search dining options on the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can find a
steakhouse filter under the list of cuisines and see all the options around the resort.
I’m sure you’re going to have the most magical time on your honeymoon, Hailley. Be sure to stop by the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or guest services at any of the theme parks to get your complimentary buttons, and let everyone know you’re celebrating your happily ever after.
Don’t hesitate to come right back if you have any other vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!
Magical travels!
Matt
