    Hi, I currently have the imagine key pass and would like to Upgrade to the enchant pass. Will I have to pay the remaining balance of my current key pass and the 189 down payment for the new pass?

    How exciting it is to know that you are interested in upgrading your Magic Key pass for the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to share more information on how to upgrade. Have you already checked out the benefits of the Enchant Magic Key pass? There's also a helpful Magic Key Buying Guide you can also review, here. 

    At this time, passes are still for sale so you're in luck! Current Magic Key pass holders can upgrade as long as the pass they are upgrading to is available for sale to the public.

    • In order to upgrade, you will need to pay the total difference of the pass amount.
    • There is no "down payment" and it will not impact any current monthly payments for the pass. For example, let's say a guest is upgrading to a pass that is $200 more than their current pass, they will pay the full difference of $200.
    • To see the actual pricing you can compare here.
    • Upgrading a Magic Key pass can only be done in person at a ticket booth in the esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
