We are cruising with another party who have not cruised with Disney. Our reservations are linked. We are Platinum members. Can we book excursions for both parties at our earlier time?

    Welcome back to planDisney Marc!

As Platinum Castaway Club members, you have many benefits including booking Port Adventures 120 days prior to sailing if you are paid in full.  You can only book activities for others in your stateroom.  The other party will be able to book during the advance booking window of the Guest with the highest Castaway Club level in the stateroom.  Since they are all first-time Disney Cruise Line Guests, they will be able to book 75 days prior to the sail date. You can go ahead and book your Port Adventures and cancel if the other party is unable to secure a spot for the same Port Adventures.  Cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior to departure date for it not to be considered final and non-refundable (unless otherwise noted on a specific activity).

A benefit of linking your reservations is that you can be together during rotational dining. If there are a large number of people in your linked staterooms, you may not be at the same table, but you will be close to each other.

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney.  We will be happy to help!

    Adventure is out there!
