    My daughter is 16 and set up a Disney account but is unable to add reservation

    Ahoy there Jen, and welcome to planDisney.  The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app has a chat feature so your 16 year old can communicate with you and see the listing of all the daily activities once on board.  We want to make sure it's working correctly!

    First, I suggest that she check to make sure she has the most updated app version on her device.  If she does and she still cannot log in, my next suggestion would be to uninstall and then re-install the app.  If that does not work, I suggest you contact Disney Cruise Line directly for technical support.  Once she is able to add the reservation, she will have view-only access to the reservation details.
