    what cruises depart near me

Hiya there, Alexandra, so glad you’ve made a port stop here at planDisney!

It sounds like you’re interested in setting sail on a Disney Cruise. As a Golden State resident, I have been doing some research myself on cruises that depart from California. It is nice to live a few hours away from a port! I’m happy to share a little more.

Disney Cruise Line offers 1-3, 4, and 7-night cruises from the San Diego, CA port on the Disney Wonder. The cruises available are Baja Cruise, Mexican Riviera, and one-way Vancouver (British Columbia), Canada. Port stops depend on the number of nights in the cruise selected but may include - Baja Cruise: Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico; Mexican Riviera Cruise: Puerto Vallarta, Ensenada, and Cabo San Lucas. The Vancouver cruise makes no stops and is only at sea one way from San Diego.

The Disney Wonder’s onboard dining includes Tiana’s Place, where I cannot wait to experience the sounds of Jazz, enjoy Louisiana-style cuisine, and of course, see my favorite princess; Animator’s Palate - inspired by Disney animation, and Triton’s - an undersea inspired experience. Entertainment is excellent which includes Golden Mickeys, Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, and Disney Dreams - An Enchanted Classic. I had the opportunity to experience Golden Mickeys aboard the Disney Dream and it was amazing!

When you’re ready to book your trip, Alexandra, we’re here to help! My planDisney pal, JoVonn G. is a great resource! She’s got a wealth of knowledge of magical cruises! I know whichever excursion you end up choosing, it will be a magical sea adventure.

    Bon Voyage!
