Hey Howdy Hey, Stephanie!
It’s so nice to hear from you and welcome to planDisney. We are all cheering you on and encouraging you to add that additional day to your visit. You won’t regret it!
I like to book our visits for a minimum of 4 days and always willing to add an additional day. This allows us to visit all
4 theme parks and plan that fifth day as our make-up day. The make-up day is usually the park we didn’t finish or have a repeat attraction we can’t leave without doing just one more time! My family’s go-to park is Hollywood Studios. We have some huge
Toy Story fans in our household.
To receive an accurate cost estimate, I recommend giving the Walt Disney World Resort
a call. If you’ve booked a vacation package, the Cast Member will be able to give you an exact price difference and even make those changes for you. As you prepare to call, I recommend taking a look at the theme park ticket options. You can get a rough estimate of the new cost by using the
calendar as your guide.
Since you will be visiting during the summer you may also want to consider a
resort day. A resort day will allow you to sit back, relax, and lounge by the pool. My family calls this our “break day”. Not only are we able to relax and reset, but we also like to enjoy some of the magic offered outside of the theme parks. Things like shopping at Disney Springs,
munching on beignets, or
dining with Characters at neighboring resorts, are a few of our favorite break day options.
Have a great trip, Stephanie! If there’s anything else you need, you’ve got a friend in me!
