Bonjour, good day, how is your family, Erin?
We're so glad you decided to be our guest at planDisney and I'm thrilled to hear about your upcoming adventure (in the great wide somewhere) at
Disneyland Paris. Let's see if we can connect you to the appropriate team before the last petal falls.
Disneyland Paris is best
reached by phone at +33 16 03 06 053 Mondays to Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., local French time. International call rates will apply so be sure to keep that in mind.
When I planned
my family's first visit to Disneyland Paris earlier this year, I handled all the booking details online to avoid international phone charges. I found the process to be pretty straightforward, but I understand that you might need to ask a few specific questions. Depending on the time of day you may be able to chat with a member of the Dream Team online instead of calling. I've noticed a blue "Need Help?" box appear on the website from time to time and am quickly connected with a helpful representative once I click "Ask a Question."
These Dream Team representatives have a similar role to ours here at
planDisney. They aren't official Cast Members and will not be able to book anything on your behalf, but their experience and knowledge will go far in answering any questions you might have throughout your booking process and ultimate countdown to your visit. I've reached out to them a few times with questions beyond what was posted on the
FAQ page. We'd also be happy to answer any specific questions you might have, too!
I recommend reviewing this
digital brochure which includes hotel details and park maps ahead of your visit. You'll also want to
download the Disneyland Paris Mobile App to easily book dining reservations, check in to your hotel, and purchase
Disney Premier Access during your trip.
I hope this was helpful, Erin. If we can offer any further assistance please come back and put our service to the test again. Off to the cupboard with you now, and happy holidays!
Magic and memories,
Amy
