Magical greetings, Adam. Thank you for bringing your fantastic question to planDisney! With your vacation fast approaching, let's get you an answer faster than Lighting McQueen.
Adam, depending on how you purchased your
Disneyland Paris theme park tickets, you will receive them in one of three ways - by mail, email/digitally, or at check-in at your
Disney Hotel. If you purchased tickets à la carte, tickets will be e-mailed to you after your booking is confirmed, unless you selected the "Letter Delivery" option at the time of booking. If you did choose "Letter Delivery" the tickets must be booked eight days before your visit and will be mailed to the mailing address you provided.
If, like me, you prefer to have the convenience of theme park tickets, free theme park parking, and Extra Magic Time, and you booked a
Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets package, complete mobile check-in through the
Disneyland Paris mobile app anywhere from one to seven days before your arrival to streamline your arrival. Each Guest ages 3 and older will receive a digital or physical MagicPass, which includes your theme park ticket. If you booked through the Disneyland Paris website, your reservation and plans will be already loaded into your Disneyland Paris mobile app once you log in. If you booked through a travel agent or third-party site, you need to manually link your reservation to your MyDisney Account using the booking number before seeing it in the app.
Adam, if you can't access your park tickets in the mobile app or simply prefer to have a physical ticket, head to your Disney Hotel and request one at Hotel Reception. Please note that unless you are staying at the
Disneyland Hotel and
Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, you will need a physical room key/MagicPass as a digital room key is not offered at all
Disney Hotels.
I hope this information helps, Adam! If you have any more questions, please visit us again. We would be happy to help!
See you in the parks,
Melissa
