How do I contact for a DAS pass

Happy New Year, Henry, and welcome to planDisney! How thrilling that you're arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth TODAY! Let's get your question answered so you can dive right into the park fun!

Guests who are unable to wait in a traditional queue due to a developmental disability are invited to register for Disability Access Service (DAS). To determine which services, including DAS, will best enhance your visit, you can connect virtually with a Cast Member. Before starting your chat, ensure you're logged into your My Disney Experience account and have linked valid theme park admission for everyone in your party. Keep in mind that the individual registering for DAS must be present.

Although there is currently no in-person option for DAS registration, you can participate in a live video call on the day of your visit.

If you qualify for DAS, you can easily manage and use the pass through the My Disney Experience mobile app.  Should you have any questions while you're in the parks, simply visit any Guest Relations location for assistance.

I'm wishing you the most magical visit today, Henry! Don't hesitate to reach out to us at planDisney with any future questions you might have!

    Cheers!
