Howdy Michael,
Thanks for sending another excellent question our way. I'd be pleased to help make your upcoming adventure even more magical. Let's dive right in!
Typically, construction projects that may impact your stay are clearly listed in red font on the resort's website and in your vacation confirmation e-mail. Currently, the only alert I see for
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort relates to renovations on the cabins, as some are converted to
Disney Vacation Club accommodations. This affects horseback riding, making it unavailable on weekdays. I wouldn't be concerned about noise in the 100 loop, since the
cabins are on the opposite side of the resort.
I hope this is helpful! There are so many things to zip-a-dee-do at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! My favorite is
Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long. Check the activities schedule upon check-in for more information on this and other recreation options. Since it's still pretty hot outside in Florida in September, I recommend reviewing
this Disney Parks Blog article featuring tips from my fellow panelists about staying cool during summer. That way, the only things that will be toasty are the marshmallows in your s'mores!
Thanks again for stopping by
planDisney, Michael. Best wishes for a memorable wilderness experience, and if there's anything else we can do to make it even better, don't hesitate to write back. You've got a friend in us!
