I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your theme park reservations! I will do my best to help so that you're ready for a magical day tomorrow.
If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website then it's possible that you made your theme park reservations at the same time. You can check by signing in and visiting the
"My Theme Park Reservations" page. If you don't see any reservations on that page you will need to click "Book Theme Park Reservation" to create the reservations using your linked tickets. I do suggest trying these links on a computer if you have one available, instead of a mobile device.
It sounds like you may be experiencing a technical glitch where the website is not responding correctly. If you can't complete your reservations online then I recommend calling the
"Tickets" phone number right away so that a Cast Member can help you directly. I don't want anything to slow you down when you visit the parks tomorrow!
Based on your question, I think you already downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App. It's so helpful in the parks! I love how the map section lets you select different items from the menu at the top. It starts out showing you "Attractions" but if you tap you can change attractions to characters, dining, and even restrooms. You'll be navigating around the park like a professional in no time at all!
