Coming down in late July/2020 we are staying at DVC Boardwalk -- I heard reaturants at the BW maybe into a renovation process at this time?

Hi Sam! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Disney Vacation Club Villas in Disney’s BoardWalk Inn put you right in the center of the magic! Just a short stroll to entertainment and some of my favorite restaurants; you will be in a great position to maximize your time in Walt Disney World. I spoke with a Cast Member and as of right now, there are no renovations or closures scheduled to take place at the restaurants in and around Disney’s BoardWalk and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn during your stay in July. This of course could always change, so I recommend you make those advance dining reservations when they become available to see if there are scheduled closures at that point and to ensure you get to dine in your favorite locations!

In an effort to keep the resorts and parks up that incredible Disney standard that we all expect, ongoing renovations can be found throughout Walt Disney World. Most go quite unnoticed or are conducted in such a way to not interfere with anyone’s magical vacation experience. I recently stayed at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa in a newly refurbished villa. Construction was still ongoing around our building and we could see some materials and workers during the day. This in no way impacted our stay as we experienced zero noise and no interruptions to our visit or amenities whatsoever. I would rest assured that even if renovations are happening; your visit will still be as magical and enjoyable as ever! You can check the interactive calendar as your arrival date gets approaches to see a complete list of any attraction closures

I hope you have an incredible vacation!
