Hello Dominic! Welcome back to planDisney! We've really missed you, and I'm so thrilled to hear that you're gearing up for another amazing adventure with your whole family at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
If you're thinking about going to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party this year or visiting during the Holiday season, you'll be glad to know that
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules for costumes only apply to Guests aged 14 or older. Kids younger than that can dress up and get super excited for the most wonderful time of the year, but make sure they're wearing proper attire, including shoes and shirts, at all times. Just a heads-up, clothing that drags on the ground is not allowed, and clothing with multiple layers is subject to search. Also, Disney World can refuse admission to or remove anyone wearing attire they consider inappropriate, or that might spoil the experience for other Guests.
Costumes and masks are a no-go for guests aged 14 and up, except for certain special events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
And hey, if you want to make your experience extra magical, I'd recommend checking out the exclusive
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing. You'll get a dedicated (and less crowded!) space to watch the fireworks and enjoy a delicious buffet of treats at
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant. Not too shabby, right?
I hope this info is helpful, Dominic. If you have any more questions in the future, feel free to ask.
We're always here and eager to help our awesome friends like you.
Cheers
Nilson
