My child got sick and cannot go to California adventure today, can I get credit back for my purchased ticket? I cannot make another reservation since the ticket expires on March 10th.

Hi there, Michelle! You're as welcome as can be, here at planDisney!

I'm so sorry your little one is feeling unwell. I'm sure it's extra disappointing for you both to be missing out on your plans to visit Disneyland Resort. The most important thing is that everyone in your family is getting the rest they need to get well soon!

Generally, the amount paid for wholly-unused and expired tickets may be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. But, because this was a special promotion it would be worth checking the terms and conditions of your specific ticket purchase. You may also wish to call and speak with a Cast Member, using the Tickets line. They can look up your account and help with the ticketing details.

When you are ready to plan your next visit, you'll want to make sure that you make new theme park reservations for your new visit date. And, 2024 is set to be a spectacular year in Disneyland Resort with so many wonderful celebrations and seasonal events to experience! If we can help with any other recommendations in the meantime, I hope you'll feel welcome to come back and ask us your questions

Sending you the healthiest, happiest wishes on earth!
