Generally, the amount paid for
wholly-unused and expired tickets may be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. But, because this was a special promotion it would be worth checking the terms and conditions of your specific ticket purchase. You may also wish to call and speak with a Cast Member, using the
Tickets line. They can look up your account and help with the ticketing details.
When you are ready to plan your next visit, you'll want to make sure that you make new
theme park reservations for your new visit date. And,
