    I am just checking on the status of my magic bands. I do not see my order history on my Disney app.

A world of wonder awaits you, Megan. Now, let's discuss your active MagicBand order!

    It sounds like you've pre-ordered MagicBands ahead of your arrival. Megan, as you may know, Guests with eligible Disney Resort hotel reservations can pre-order customized MagicBands at special pre-arrival pricing. Depending on how far in advance you placed your order, your MagicBands will either be shipped to your home address or your Disney Resort hotel. MagicBand orders placed 11 or more days before a Guest's scheduled Resort hotel check-in will be shipped to their homes. MagicBands ordered six to 10 days before a Guest's scheduled arrival will be shipped to their Disney Resort hotel and available for pick-up at the front desk. MagicBands cannot be pre-ordered within five days of a Guest's scheduled arrival.

    Megan, you can check the status of your MagicBand order on the Walt Disney World Resort website. First, log into your Disney account and hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab. Then, select "My MagicBands and Cards" from the dropdown menu. Scroll down past your eligible future MagicBand orders and your current band inventory and click on "Order History." You should see your past orders reflected under "Your Orders." Select the order you're interested in to view the order status. In these details, you'll see whether your order shipped to your home address or your Disney Resort hotel. Additionally, if your order has shipped to your home, you'll be able to view the tracking details.
