Welcome to planDisney, Mike!
We're so glad to have you here. I answered
a similar question from another guest recently so I'm happy to share what I know.
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) program went through some changes on May 20, 2024. If you were approved for DAS prior to that date it would have been valid for 30 days and is now considered expired. If you received approval on or after May 20, your DAS may still be valid depending on your ticket type.
DAS approvals issued after the program changes went into effect are
valid for up to 120 days, or for the length of ticket, whichever is shorter. If you had a multi-day ticket that was completed you will likely need to go through the approval process again. You can
complete this process online up to 30 days before your visit, as long as admission is already linked to your My Disney Experience Account. If you are an Annual Passholder, you may still have some time left on the existing approval. I don't have a way to review the details of your account, but you can email disability.services@disneyparks.com if you need further assistance confirming your status.
If approved, you should be able to view the details and
make attraction return time selections in the My Disney Experience Mobile App when you enter the park. Advanced planning is no longer available.
I'm sorry I don't have a more definitive answer for you, but I hope you'll be able to get to the bottom of things. If we can answer any additional planning questions as you prepare to visit late this month, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
