Hi Jenny,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I haven't used
Disability Access Service (DAS) myself, so I'm not familiar with navigating the program within the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I wanted to get you the most accurate information so I reached out to a Cast Member for assistance. Based on my conversation it doesn't seem that the date is viewable within the app, but you can determine your pass' length of validity depending on when you were approved.
If you've been approved under the DAS regulations that were implemented on May 20, 2024, these approvals are
typically valid for up to 120 days or the length of your ticket, whichever duration is shorter. If you were approved before May 20, 2024, that would be valid for up to 30 days from the date of issue. I'm not sure when your approval process was started and unfortunately, I can't access your specific expiration details.
If you have an upcoming visit planned I recommend stopping to speak with a member of the
Guest Experience Team in the parks. They aren't part of the approval team but they should be able to
guide you in obtaining return times on the day of your visit or help access on your behalf if you need further assistance. I visited with them last year and they were able to view details within My Disney Experience account when I needed help with a Lightning Lane technical issue. You can also try emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com who might be able to view additional details regarding the dates of your DAS approval and expiration.
I'm sorry I don't have more clear guidance to share today, but I'm hopeful one of these avenues will offer a solution. Please come back and see us again with additional planning questions as you prepare for your next visit.
Magic and memories,
Amy
