Michael,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
You have to love having those spare
ticket days to spend at Walt Disney World!
Most of the tickets sold in recent years do not offer a no-expiration option, but since you already know your tickets enjoyed that perk, you should still have some value left to spend. For the most part,
Disney has not offered the No Expiration Option since around 2004. What most tickets do now is give you a specific number of days to redeem them. For instance, with a 4-day theme park ticket package you have 7 days to use all your theme park entries. After that, the tickets are no longer valid.
But you have some days left, and you should be able to convert those days into a valid park entry, though it will take a bit of effort. In following this process, the team at Disney can also tell you how many actual days you have left.
What you want to do is call the
Existing Tickets line. That phone number is
(407) 934-7639. As long as you can provide them with a ticket number, they can give you the final word on what is left on that ticket. They can also let you know how to transfer any remaining value to a usable medium. Once they help you, just be sure to make your Theme Park Reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system, if you plan to use them in 2023. Regardless, you should not simply walk up to the theme park turnstiles with that original ticket to try to use it. You will want to have them tell you how to move the ticket to a medium that can be used now.
BONUS TIPThe Walt Disney World website has a
Help Center web page. You can find support for other questions there as well, but we always like to help out at planDisney, so keep those questions coming!

write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
