Hi Kinley,
Welcome to planDisney, and I'm so happy you've brought me your question today! It sounds like you've got a dream to plan your "BEST. DAY. EVERRRR!!" adventure at Walt Disney World. Let's sprinkle some pixie dust on that vacation plan, and make it happen!
I'm very excited to let you know that I checked with a Cast Member, and the answer is "YES!" Guests who are 18 years or older may book a reservation and check in to a Disney Value Resort. My family chose the
Disney All-Star Music Resort during our very first vacation to Disney World, so it holds a special place in my heart. The larger than life, whimsical icons and beautiful palm tree landscaping dazzled my young daughter, and we've been hooked on this vacation destination ever since!
Did you know that there are multiple
perks of staying onsite at a Disney resort? One exciting special offer being run throughout 2025 is receiving
FREE admission to a Disney water park on your arrival day. This can be a great way to maximize your fun, and stretch that vacation budget even further. If you arrive early at your Disney resort prior to your room being ready, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services and hop right on a free Disney transportation bus to the water park. Admission will be valid for either Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, depending on which is open at that time. I recommend
checking the park calendar and operating hours closer to your 2025 arrival to plan your check-in day.
One last tip before I go! In the My Disney Experience app under "My Resort", you can check "See Bus Times" to find out exactly when the next bus will arrive at your resort, for each park destination. I find this super helpful, and more relaxing to know "Oh hey, I've got 10 more minutes before that bus to EPCOT arrives... I've got time to go grab another Diet Coke in my resort-refillable mug!" It even gives you the estimated park arrival time for that bus, so you'll know if you're on track to arrive for
Early Theme Park Entry. Woo hooo!!
Please let me know if you have any further questions I can help with!
Go. Live your dream.
