Rika Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can I change the names on the tickets for two people?

Hey there, Rika, and welcome back to planDisney!

Whether it's Aladdin to Prince Ali or Aurora to Briar Rose, sometimes a little name changing is necessary for the plot. If you find yourself needing to assign some Theme Park Tickets to someone else, the answer really depends on whether those tickets have already been used or not.

If those tickets have never been used, they may be eligible for reassignment. Check their status in your My Disney Experience account. Choose My Plans and then My Tickets and Passes. If it's possible, you should be able to reassign those tickets on the spot. If not, give the Cast Members at Ticket and Hotel Reservations a call. They'll check out the situation and advise you on your options. However, if the tickets have been used even just a single day of a multi-day ticket, they belong to the original Guest and are only theirs forever.

Rika, I hope things work out for your whole new world of adventure at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions, come back for another chat. See ya once upon a dream!

    Happy planning!
