You'll first want to
sign in to your My Disney Experience Account online here. Next, hover over My Disney Experience on the menu bar and click "Profile" just below your name and Character avatar. Click "Account Settings" on the following screen and update the information for your last name. I was able to edit mine as a test, so hopefully you'll be able to do the same. In the past, name details couldn't be updated online if your account was linked to Disney+ or multiple other Disney accounts. This appears to have been updated, but if you experience any issues you can
call a Cast Member with Website Support for more assistance.
I see that you are a Florida Resident so if you are looking to purchase one of the resident-only Annual Pass types you'll need to provide
proof of residency. This is usually a quick online process but you can also confirm everything in person when you go to activate your pass, if necessary. If you purchase before September 22 be sure to pick up the
latest complimentary Annual Passholder magnet. I also recommend following
WDW Annual Passholders on Instagram to stay up-to-date with all the latest Passholder news.
