Walt Disney World Resort adventure soon, so I hope you've packed your Mickey ears. I'm heading to the parks this week, so my suitcase is ready and waiting by the door! I'm sorry to hear you're having technical difficulties with your admission, so let's do some troubleshooting.
It sounds like you booked a vacation package that bundles your Disney Resort hotel and theme park tickets. In that case, your tickets won't be accessible until you check in to your resort. I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who suggested you complete the
Online Check-In Service because the tickets could appear in your account a day or so before you arrive. Otherwise, your tickets will be dropped into your account when you check in at your resort's Front Desk.
If you purchased your theme park tickets and paid for them in full separately, you should be able to add them now. Since I'm unsure what type of tickets you have or what phone you want to save them to, I suggest calling the
My Disney Experience team. They can access your account and give instructions for adding admission to your phone's wallet. You can also take a look at my pal

The
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is cooking, Matthew! I plan to sample some yummy dishes from the
Global Marketplaces throughout the park. The Impossible™ Spicy Sausage at Refreshment Outpost looks fabulous, and I love a good kick. Maybe I'll see you around the World Showcase; I'll be using a trashcan as my table!
