Hey there, Betty!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having technical issues with planning your Park visit. Boy, it's almost here, isn't it? Although I can't see into your account, I'd be happy to try and help you troubleshoot.
Did you purchase your
Theme Park Tickets through the Disneyland website? Reservations are usually made for you in the system at the time of purchase, so the first thing would be to check and see if you already have reservations. Navigate to
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations and click on the button that says "Make or Modify Park Reservations." If you see your tickets and dates listed there, you should be fine and you're all set for your trip. If you don't see anything, try clicking on "Book Theme Park Reservations" to see if your ticket is listed and make that reservation. If you don't see any tickets at all, then you'll need to link it to your MyDisney account.
Back at the main
Disneyland website, hover your cursor over "My Disneyland" on the banner and select "Link Tickets and Passes" from the pull-down menu. On the next screen, you will need to manually enter the ticket ID number to link it to your account. Once linked, go ahead and make your reservations.
If you're still having issues, then please call the
Tickets phone line to speak to a Cast Member who will be able to help you out. I'm hoping that you'll get all this in order so you can have a hassle free visit to the Disneyland Resort!
It'll be
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort when you visit, so bring your appetite (have you seen the
Foodie Guide?) and get ready for some fun and festive Fall decorations!
Betty, I wish you the best as your trip gets closer! I hope all your issues are resolved and that you have a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! We'll see ya real soon!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
