This email is usually sent after you complete your booking, and I have received similar emails in the past. Look for a message from Disney Destinations or Disney Resorts, and be sure to check your spam folder. If you do end up finding the email in spam, make sure to mark it as "not spam" and add the email address to your approved senders list in your email settings.
Next, you can check for your reservation using the
Disney World website. Hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab at the top right and click the "My Plans and Tickets" link. Once you've logged in, all your details will populate on the page, including tickets, hotel stays, planning groups, and more.
If your reservation is not visible on the website and you can't find your confirmation email, it will be best to
reach out to a friendly Cast Member in hotel reservations for assistance. Compose an email describing your issue, and someone will reach out to address your concerns and help you find that elusive reference number!
