Welcome to planDisney, Mariana. I'm so glad you stopped by! We're happy to answer any questions you have about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. It sounds like there may be a change in your plans. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!"
You can certainly cancel your dining reservations and Theme Park Reservations. Start by logging into
your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the website homepage and select 'Theme Park Reservations' from the drop-down menu that appears. You can modify your existing theme park plans there. To cancel your dining reservations, select 'My Plans' from the My Disney Experience tab. Scroll down your planning page and cancel each dining reservation listed. It's important to note that
you need to cancel each dining reservation at least 2 hours ahead of the reservation time or you risk being charged a per-person fee. There are a few dining locations that require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance, so be sure to refer to the cancellation policies in your confirmation emails.
Unfortunately,
Theme Park Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, but not to worry! The value of your existing tickets never expire, so when you're ready to use them, you can apply that value to the purchase of new tickets.
