I'm sorry to hear your plans may be changing. You are asking a very important question and I'm so glad you asked. Currently, if there is a need to
cancel your Disney Hotel Reservation it
will not automatically cancel any advanced dining reservations you may have made. You will need to
cancel your Dining Reservations separately according to the cancellation policy to avoid any penalties.
You can easily cancel a Resort Hotel or Dining Reservation online by following these steps:
From your computer:
- Click on My Plans in my Disney Experience.
- Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section.
- Click on the "Cancel Reservation" link located next to the Resort Hotel Reservation confirmation number.
- Click the "Cancel Reservation" link located next to each Dining reservation.
From the My Disney Experience Mobile App:
To cancel your Resort Reservation:
- Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
- Click on the "Resort Hotel" tile.
- Scroll to the right just above your confirmation number and click on "Cancel Room."
- You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
To cancel your Dining Reservations:
- Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
- Click on the "Future Plans" tile.
- Click on the first dining reservation you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" link.
- You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
- Repeat these steps for all Dining Reservations that need to be cancelled.
