Hi there, Noelle,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your
Walt Disney World Resort question, where we like to say “boo to you” during this spooky season! I’m sorry to hear the frightful news that you won’t be able to attend
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Let’s see if we can work some hocus pocus for you!
Though Special Event Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you can change the date of your special event ticket as long as another date is available, or you can apply the value of the unused Special Event Ticket to the purchase of a future Special Event. So, hopefully, you will be able to make a future trip to enjoy Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or my favorite,
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Noelle, keep in mind that if the price of the new ticket is more than your original ticket, you will pay the difference. If the price is lower, you will not receive a refund of the difference. You will need to
call an Existing Ticket Cast Member to help you change your ticket. They will help you transform a haunting situation into a very merry one, I’m sure.
As you are considering your options, Noelle, be sure to check out
this amazing episode of the planDisney Podcast hosted by our favorite Ghost Host inside the
Haunted Mansion in
Disneyland Park. It will have you spellbound!
We are dying to have you stop back by and see us here at planDisney if you have other questions, so drop in any time.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
